To move all the things to our new home was no easy task. However, with help from 'Midrag', we were able to find an excellent and reliable moving service. Their rating system allowed us to select the movers that best fit our needs according to cost and quality.
Midrag provides a list of service providers who received the highest ratings from dozens of former clients. After each job, Midrag calls the client to get his/her ratings of the service provider.

Ratings are dynamic and change after each time a Midrag member rates a new completed transaction. The rating is the average of the last twenty customer ratings for a given service provider.
Midrag calls previous clients of the provider and has them rate the service. Service providers who wish to enter the list are required to present Midrag with their three most recent receipt books. From these, Midrag selects a randomized list of dozens of clients, of whom ten are interviewed by phone. The resulting average rating constitutes that service provider's preliminary rating in the system.
If the rating is sufficiently high (8+), the service provider is admitted to the list. Entrance to the list in itself is insufficient for qualifying among the highest-rated providers, since leading ratings on the list oscillate between 9 and 10 on most parameters.
